Warm Wishes for a Restful Season

As we move into the heart of the winter holiday season, I want to wish you warmth, peace, and rest. Although we intuitively know in our bodies that this is a time of year for slowing down, connecting with loved ones, and letting yourself simply be rather than constantly do…Our minds don’t always want to let us.

I'm not sending any year-end planning prompts, goal-setting worksheets, or New Year challenges. That's intentional.

Winter is nature's season of rest and restoration. The trees aren't busy making plans—they're conserving energy, going dormant, preparing for the growth that will come when the time is right.

When spring arrives—when the energy naturally shifts toward growth, renewal, and new beginnings—that's when the visual planning tools will come to help you clarify your intentions and set yourself up for success.

But for now? Rest. Reflect. Recharge. Celebrate the wins. Bask in the joyful moments. Take one extra breath for yourself.

Here’s a roundup of some of my favorite posts for the holidays. Go ahead, take a minute to draw a snowy tree or a gift. You’ve done a lot this year.

Once again, thank you from my heart and soul for your support, great senses of humor, brilliant minds, collaboration and what you're each doing to make the world a better place.

Wishing you a peaceful holiday season,

Cheers,
